Truth on Travel

7 Days.

Lets start there , You need at least 7 days to fully appreciate a cruise. I would admit that I feel the same way about most travel , either it's a trip to Vegas that most people do on a weekend or a once a year vacation I always need 7 days but its even more important in cruise travel . Time flies by unlike any other Vacation.One part of it that the cruise lines are responsible for is the floor mats in the elevators have the day on them , they change them daily so when you get on they say Sunday then you have to see mid week that its already Wednesday, Its something they should do away with. I don't want to know what day it is until the end that's why I'm on Vacation, so I don't have to worry about such things.So 7 days is a must provided that your enjoying the getaway .By far my most enjoyable cruise experiences have been on Royal Caribbean. If I was to be more specific I would say the voyager class or above as that was the group of ships that I cruised on that I had least to complain about and also they had the most activities and best layout. Royal Caribbean had the best service. They were in the top 2 for food, Celebrity was all so very good for food. Any problems I had Royal Caribbean went out of there way to make the problem right. The entertainment was good. The shopping guides were helpful even though they are paid by island merchants to guide you there way, they also steer you away from stores that will try to scam you. Probably my biggest complaint about Royal Caribbean was there drinks ,though very good they were expensive compared to Princess which there drinks were just as enjoyable for a more comfortable price.

Best Beach 7 mile Beach Grand Cayman, Cayman all so had the best prices for Bottled Alcohol to bring home. Much better then the cruise ships.

Best Mexican Food, Ponchos back yard Cozumel . There's one at the cruise port and one downtown.
